All personal data and translation content are hosted on secure infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, operating within GDPR-compliant regions. 4. Third-Party Processors

To provide our service, we share data with the following partners:

  • Mistral AI (France): Translation data may be sent to Mistral AI for the purpose of AI-assisted translation. Mistral AI does not use your data to train their models unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
  • Ollama (cloud/self-hosted): Translations may be sent to Ollama in their cloud or our self-hosted instances for AI-assisted translation. Ollama does not use your data to train their models unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
  • Stripe (USA/Global): For payment processing. Payment data is handled directly by Stripe.

5. Compliance

We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We process your data through infrastructure providers that maintain strict GDPR compliance to provide the highest level of data protection.
